SeaWorld Orlando's Howl-O-Scream

I served as Stage Manager for a haunted house during the inaugural year of Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando. The production I oversaw was awarded House of the Year nationwide, recognized for achieving the highest guest satisfaction ratings across all SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks. In this role, I was responsible for show calling, performer scheduling and rotations, backstage operations, and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring consistent performance quality throughout the event. Due to the success of my first year, I was invited back the following season as a mentor Stage Manager, supporting the development of new leadership while continuing to call select productions. This experience further established my expertise in managing large-scale immersive entertainment, balancing creative execution with operational excellence in a high-pressure, guest-driven environment.
