Entertainment Events, Universal Orlando Resort
As an Assistant Stage Manager with Universal Orlando’s Entertainment Events team, I supported some of the resort’s largest and most complex productions, including Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras concerts, and special CityWalk performances. My role combined backstage leadership with event operations: calling cues, running deck tracks, managing talent and crew, and coordinating multiple departments to keep shows on time and safe for performers and guests. Beyond show execution, I contributed to event planning by helping estimate costs and resource needs, ensuring productions were not only creatively ambitious but also financially efficient. This balance of logistics, artistry, and budgeting gave me hands-on experience with both the technical and managerial sides of live entertainment.
