As the Assistant Stage Manager for CityWalk Entertainment, I oversaw live performances and daily operations within Universal Orlando’s premier dining and nightlife district. My responsibilities included cue calling, deck management, scheduling, and coordinating talent and crew across multiple venues to ensure seamless, guest-facing entertainment experiences. In addition to stage management duties, I managed a multi-million-dollar operating budget, balancing creative goals with financial accountability. Partnering with costuming, tech, and operations teams, I ensured resources were allocated efficiently while maintaining the high production values expected of Universal’s multi-billion-dollar entertainment portfolio.
